Inspired by Experience
She came to Ayurveda with life-long digestive and skin issues and found relief for the first time in her life by incorporating fairly simple dietary and lifestyle changes as prescribed by the teachings of Ayurveda. This inspired her to continue her Ayurveda education in order to share the teachings with others to facilitate their own healing using these ancient practices.
Offerings
Vicki offers workshops and one-on-one Ayurvedic consultations around self-care, diet, cooking, women’s issues, digestive issues, and Yoga.
